 Colbert County is divided into six districts, the Commissioners for each District are as follows:

District 1 -     Mr. Rex Burleson

District 5 - Mr. Roger Creekmore

District 6 -    Mr. Howard Keeton

The area of Colbert County is 589 square miles. The Colbert County Road Department currently maintains 642 miles of roadway, of which 355 miles are bituminous plant mix roads, 252 miles are bituminous surface treated roads and 35 miles are gravel roads.
